"Diego was super friendly, responsive and helpful. I had late checkin and he was very accommodating, the place is well decorated and great value for the cost. Centrally located. Had AC in my room which was so helpful for the summer heat. He even waited outside with me as I left for my uber to come. Would definitely stay here again, very happy with it! "

"As I walked in, another guest stopped specifically to comment about how fantastic Le Petit Palais is. He was not wrong - I was really fortunate to find LPP and would stay again if another trip provides opportunity to visit BA. Educated multi-lingual host (I heard at least 3 languages, I think). Knows how to welcome weary traveler after an overnight flight with no sleep. Had excellent advice for dining options, gave a clear run through of the house rules and neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable...

"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

"This charming hotel in the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Palmero had an excellent staff. Gabriel and Daniel were super helpful with tips and advice. Our superior room with private bath was off the courtyard, so was very quiet (I think the cheaper ones facing the street may be a bit noisier), & had very comfortable bed. I knew the desk closed early 9 pm according to what i received from orbitz), so I emailed to tell them I would be arriving late. didn't hear back but assumed it would be okay (my first mistake). "Great location, staff was good, cleaning crew did a great job. Having a restaurant down stairs was very convenient. The only thing they claim they have laundry in there amenities but it is only ironing for a fee a little misleading, they did not have machines so you can do your laundry, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay again."

"With the exception of Jessica, the front desk personnel are kind of cold toward guests. Thee rest of the staff are very warm and welcoming. Thank to Jorge, Camila, and especially Marisol, for making our stay a great one. The room is big and comfortable, with modern facilities, yet keeping the charm of an old building. There's a lot construction and remodeling in nearby structures (front Building, sidewalks, etc.), but the location of the hotel makes up for those inconveniences. There aren't too much dining options nearby, but you will be about 5 minutes in taxi to Puerto Madero! Try the rooftop bistro at the hotel. Great for a light snack at sunset (Ask for opening days). Overall, Tango de Mayo Hotel was a great pick. Great place to move around the city, in a very safe area. Recommended!!"
