"Very nice place in walking distance to the City centre "

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"Good apartment very close walk to the old city gates. Gated parking for your vehicle. Close to grocery stores. Great spot to park your car and walk everywhere. "

Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."
