"Very friendly and accommodating staff"

"Excellent location for the tower, duomo and exploring the city. Good choices for food and drink too. Hotel is pleasant, but a little tired in places. Generally well kept and staff were helpful. Black mould in shower (on edges and also in the shower jets), jacuzzi/ bubbles in bath did not work. Otherwise very clean room, so let down by this oversight."

"This small hotel could not be more ideally placed to visit the iconic Leaning Tower and associated buildings but also Pisa itself. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. A great little hotel to stop over... "

"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...
