Detached house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located about 1 km from the beach of Torre del Lago Puccini, a beautiful seaside town of Versilia famous for the composer Giacomo Puccini, for its outdoor opera house and its "movida" evening and its transgressive premises. The house consists of: on the ground floor a porch where there are 2 toilets complete with shower and a barbecue for tasty grills, on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV is a comfortable terrace, on the second floor 5 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower + 1 other room with w. c. on the attic floor with terrace. Of course Wi-Fi wireless throughout the house and washing machine and appliances for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Die Lage hats gerettet.

Wir waren insgesamt drei Familien. Zum schlafen reichlich Platz allerdings alle Matratze durchgelegen und schmuddelig. Viel Schimmel in der Wohnung, die Duschen alle undicht, defekte Duschköpfe und dann keine Badvorleger vorhanden oder Abzieher. Für drei Familien gab es auch nur einen Wäscheständer, der andere viel schon halb auseinander. Würden wir nicht wieder buchen, da wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Alles sehr eng gestellt und leider nicht gepflegt. Für Kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr steile Treppenabgänge. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Meer ca. 20 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Host hat uns früher einchecken lassen ohne Aufpreis, danke dafür.

5 GIORNI IN AMICIZIA

Host sempre disponibile ma purtroppo casa molto datata e spazi non funzionali. Siamo stati la settimane di ferragosto e c’erano probabilmente 40 gradi in casa con 3 ventilatori minuscoli. La mansarda inagibile per il caldo e siamo stati costretti a dormire per terra in salotto sul materasso. Regole condominiali restrittive ma non rispettate dai vicini. Comodo il supermercato vicino casa. Abbiamo trovato la cucina piena di formiche e muffa. 2 bagni affacciano sulla strada e non si chiudono a chiave. Il bagno in mansarda probabilmente non è a norma.

Heiß, eng und enttäuschend

Vorne weg: Der Vermieter Giuseppe war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit&immer sehr gut erreichbar! Er hat wahrlich 5 Sterne verdient. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in einem großen, unübersichtlichen Gebäudekomplex. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Hof(Grill&Tische), 2Toiletten/Duschen, deren Türschlösser kaputt&nicht mehr abschließbar sind. In der ersten Etage ist die sehr kleine Küche, ein Esstisch, ein Sofa und ein TV. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich die Schlafzimmer (2 Zimmer mit je einem 1,40m breiten Bett, ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett, ein Zimmer mit 2 Stockbetten und ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett) & ein Bad mit Toilette+Dusche. Im dritten Stock befindet sich ein Doppelbett&ein 1,40m breites Bett sowie ein Bad mit Toilette+Dusche. Wir waren dort mit unserer Wohngruppe (10 Jugendliche 13-16 Jahre alt&5 Erwachsenen). Die Betten mit größtenteils nur 1,40m Breite & allgemein die engen Platzverhältnisse stellten für uns eine große Herausforderung dar. Die Ferienwohnung für 16 Personen auszuschreiben ist ist meiner Meinung nach nicht realistisch (max. 10 Erwachsene). Neben den Betten & Zimmern waren auch die Duschen sehr, sehr eng. Zudem war vieles alt, kaputt und schmutzig (Herd, Geschirr, Duschen) Duschen teilweise schimmlig. Es war zudem unglaublich heiß. Für uns als Wohngruppe absolut nicht geeignet&nicht zu empfehlen! Positiv ist die Lage, in der Nähre vom Strand (mit dem Auto ca. 5min, zu Fuß 30min), von einem Supermarkt&einigen Lokalen (Eisdielen, Restaurants, Bars).

Sehr gutes Haus für Gruppen auch mit Kindern. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gross und gibt viel Schatten und Platz zum essen. Folgende Zimmer sind vorhanden: Camera verde 1 letto matrimoniale francese (2 persone) Camera rosa 1 letto a castello (2 persone) Camera azzurra 1 letto matrimoniale (2 persone) Camera gialla 2 letti a castello (4 persone) Camera pesca 1 letto matrimoniale francese (2 persone) Camera noce 1 letto matrimoniale divano letto alla francese (4 persone)

Casa molto grande ma poco curata

Il soggiorno è stato bello ma la casa è da rivedere! La camera matrimoniale posta nel sottotetto non è abitabile, il punto più basso sarà di 60 cm di altezza
