"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"BEWARE! This apartment is NOT in the old center of Modena, even if the map might show it as such - in reality, it is 2.7km (~2 mi) away!! When we pointed out this shocking discrepancy to Emilia Suite, they did not apologize nor offer to correct the location displayed - future reservations were still showing the incorrect, central location as of 10/18/24 - which made us think they either purposely lied about the location, or at least wilfully and negligently failed to correct any map...
