NIKKON LUXURY LIVING is a luxury private villa, in top of the sea, equipped with everything that needs a large group or family of 8 people.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE GREEK GOVERNMENT IS REQUESTING TO PAY 15 EUR FOR EACH NIGHT STAYED AT THE PROPERTY IN 2025. THIS IS TO BE PAID AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE ARRIVAL.

The Villa is a unique tourism facility situated on the magnificent Crete island, prepared to welcome tranquility seeking tourists all year long. The villa is located on the sea with a pool & hot tub with a private beach, and is very comfortable with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outdoor barbeque & childrens playground as well as free water sports (kano kayak-sea board-sea bike) Also the area has Wi-Fi in the villa and outside on the beach, satellite channels, sound system inside & outside as well as Play Station 5. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish space
