"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome. The highlight of our experience was dining at Frenchy restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive. Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. "Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure! "

"Facility was great. On site restaurant salad was very bad. Only head lettuce, almost all white, no flavor while expensive. Location was not the best. Walkable to downtown but a little far if weather was not good."

"A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only."
