"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). "The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination. This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule. Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- EXPEDIA to note please"
