"We LOVED our stay at Floyd's home! The only minor issue we had was we found out 30 minutes before arrival that there is a cat that lives in the house, while we are there. We did not know about the cat ahead of time, and panicked because two of the guests coming are allergic. Floyd was able to have the cat moved to a different house for the weekend and the allergies weren't terrible, but still present. Overall, it was a great time and the perfect location! "Our family met here for Christmas this year and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful holiday decor and the hot cocoa bar was a hit with the kids. The home is exactly as pictured (except the exterior is red now instead of grey, which confused me upon arrival). Plenty of space for the family to spread out but also well-designed for the whole group to be in one room watching a holiday movie and playing games. This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher. The "game room/ sitting room" was truly a perfect fit! We found that the love seat, additional chairs and recliner was where we spent most of our time. "Cabin was clean and neat and as expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again for sure. Minor issues: Coffee maker didn't work TV - Couldn't get any channels to come in. No Biggie sitting around the camp fire was much better. Bedding-Sheets were very cheap and was an issue. But they told us that before arrival so next time we will bring our own sheets. These are all minor items. We met the owner very nice and professional. Overall great experience and I recommend the cabin."

"The tiny house is adorable. However, we did not have an iron, something most travelers don't bring. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful view. There was not enough coffee and for coffee lovers, it's a must. "

"Home is bigger than it looks from the pictures. It is right on the lake, but far enough down to it to make it a nice little walk. Nice view of the lake from the upper deck. Property is nicely supplied, and easy to check in. "

"Our family from the UK was visiting, and we wanted them to have a great Michigan lake cottage experience. This was perfect for our needs, and the kids had so much fun paddleboarding and fishing off the dock! We all enjoyed the fires, and had a fantastic time. Thank you for a great place!"
