"The property definitely is not a hotel. The room was nice, it was like a mini apartment. It had a kitchen, living-room, fridge, microwave, a bed downstairs and the loft upstairs. Also be careful going up and down the stairs in the room, its pretty narrow. The bathroom was a decent size but the water pooled out of our shower. It definitely gives college vibes. It was just a little further away from the main attractions of Paris than I would've liked but the metro station is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient.
