"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. "Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...
