We had a temporary issue with the hot water but was able to resolve it ourselves. Our puppies really enjoyed being able to have so many places to sniff and explore. "For a single or couple, its perfectly located from the front door to a very very short walk in Old Town Cottonwood. Facinating history of the location going back to Prohibition. The 'cabin' is only a few years old. I tuned the guitar before I left for anyone to play. Keeping this place on file for a getaway Staycation."

"Nice little cabin tucked away off the main road. Neighbors are a bit close though. Host is super responsive. Very clean overall, cute layout. Oven didn’t work but I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon! We didn’t love the biolet/toilet situation but it worked well & there was no odor. Pillows were great, but the one bed wasn’t comfortable as it had a dip in the mattress. Sofa was very comfy! "We loved staying at this property. We had a couple of hiccups to start the vacation, but our property manager (Steph) was very responsive and understanding. The location is perfect for hiking on the west side of town. There is plenty of parking, and the hot tub kept its temperature nicely. I would recommend this property for any group of friends/family that is looking for R&R in Sedona. "

"Check in was an issue as i needed to contact the property management when the door code did not work and phone reception was spotty. The biggest problem however was the bed, with the mattress broken on one side causing a significant dip in the mattress causing me back pain. The television in the bed room did not funtion appropriately with the cable box cord broken.
