"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. There were no views of the lake from the hotel as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was advertised from 7-10am. When we went...
