"There were literally massive bugs crawling all over the bed in the room. The room was very messy and dirty and not ready to receive anyone. We had arrived exhausted and were even ready to tolerate the mess and spent an hour trying to kill the bugs the huge bugs and beetles that were attacking my young daughter.
