He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."

"We had a lovely family break in Venes, the hosts Joan and John couldn't have been more welcoming and treated us to a super evening of twilight drinks and a great spread on the terrace. We loved the surrounding countryside which was incredibly peaceful. Albi city was very picturesque and cultural with olympic legacy events occurring and some good shopping for the teens. Plenty of opportunity for nature lovers too with some great walks and superb road cycling from the doorstep. Lautrec, a small walled medieval town close by, is a gem with excellent restaurants and a lovely market. The property is charming with a beautiful heated pool, shaded outside eating area with fig and olive trees. Some of the downstairs decor is a bit tired but dont let that put you off because you'll be outside most of time. We'd certainly consider a return visit. The "

"Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"
