"We did a short getaway to celebrate a wedding anniversary and 50th birthday! The house is great! Very clean with spectacular views. It was a little hard to find. I would try to arrive before dark. GPS does not take you directly there….look for blue street sign 3050. The house was lit up and we still passed it up. I would suggest that a more visible marking be placed in front of the house. The beds were amazing!!! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the full size bed to at least a queen….it...

"Our family of four traveled to Arkansas for a weekend getaway. The house was as listed. The only issue we had were the sheets on the king size bed. The fitted sheet would not stay tucked and we were retucking it during the middle of the night. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and it allowed our family to make great memories. "

"We had a nice stay. Our adult daughters were able to join us for most of our stay. We loved the semi secluded location nestled in a valley at the base of the mountains it was just far enough off the main road to offer privacy but close to town, with the river and several hiking trails just minutes away. The property was beautiful and was fun to explore. The house itself was clean and had a cozy home feel"

Perfect for the retreat we needed to enjoy time with good friends. The owner was super easy to reach and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"At first the accommodations appeared dated and questionable, but once unpacked and relaxed, the place grew on us. Everything was comfortable, clean and convenient. The old oak tree grew on us, and it was so nice to sit on the porches and experience the fall weather. "Roomy country place just off blacktop road which is easy to get to. Loved the 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (plus an extra foldout bed if needed). With 5 of us, we enjoyed this greatly. One bedroom is accessed only from the outside so the person who stays in that one has to go outside and then into the house to access the bathroom. Bring your own shampoo. Great tv choices, book, and some games although we enjoyed traveling nearby. Very clean with clear instructions."
