"The staff was so helpful and friendly! We also were so thankful and impressed that they had a baby crib all set up with sheets and everything in our room waiting for us! We were arriving very late at night and they had everything ready for me to put my baby right to bed! So so helpful! I highly recommend! "

"It's a very nice hotel, but there was no coffee available in the room and whoever designed the shower in the bathroom must've been drunk. There's no boundary between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water just sprayed everywhere. The food was extremely overpriced too."

"The quality of the hotel reflected the price. Overall, the cleanliness was good and the check in process was easy despite the reception being closed. The hotel does not have wifi or any kind of breakfast service as advertised online so be aware of that. For a fair price, somewhere to sleep, clean, and the basics you need this was a good option. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the metro and very easy to get to the airport and the city centre. "

"Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district. "This is a good hotel, exactly as described. You get what you pay for; the room is small, but the foyer/reception area is lovely and spacious. I must say though, the room is likely a bit too small for 2 people to be fully comfortable. I was on my own and it was okay though.
