This detached and modern holiday home is located in the nature-rich holiday park Resort Buitenhuizen. It is located in the middle of the Spaarnwoude recreation area and next to Spaarnwoude Golf Course. The North Sea beach is 13 km away and the pleasant capital of Amsterdam is 25 km away. The ground-floor holiday home is built in an L-shape. It is furnished in a modern style and wonderfully light thanks to the large windows and raised ceilings. In the living room you will find a TV and a cosy decorative fireplace. The open plan kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Enjoy time outdoors in the garden furnished with a spacious terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car directly at the holiday home. At the Buitenhuizen holiday park resort, various holiday homes, tiny houses and chalets can be booked for two to six people.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Wasser mit Enten, Graureiher und Komoranen. Das Haus wird im Sommer sehr heiß, 42°C bei Ankunft. Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Wände und Vorhänge waren an vielen Stellen fleckig, einige Spinnen sind im Haus. Teils staubig unter den Sesseln im Wohnzimmer. Ein Tier (Maus?) war nachts im Dach zu hören. Alte Socken von anderen Gästen lagen im Wandschrank. Gute Lage zum Fahrradfahren, Entfernung zu Stränden 15-30 Minuten. Teilweise sehr lange Verkehrsstaus an den Stränden in der Ferienzeit. Fahrradverleih super. Aktivitäten für Kinder gut: Spielplätze, Tiere. Bauernhof in der Nähe super für Kinder und zum Essen gehen. Schöne Häuser mit gepflegten Gärten im Europark.

Es hat kein Urlaub stattgefunden

Leider hat die Agentur 8 Tage vor der Reise unsere Buchung storniert. Aus betrieblichen Gründen war das Haus nicht verfügbar und es gab für uns keine Alternative mehr zum buchen. Urlaub komplett ausgefallen und seitdem versuche ich die Reise hier auf der Plattform zu stornieren. Aber leider vergeblich. Werde wohl nicht mehr hierüber buchen und Holland ist für uns erstmal gestorben.

Haus 472 Europarcs Buitenhuizen

Sehr schönes Haus, modern eingerichtet, jedoch viel Hightech mit komplizierten Gebrauchsanweisungen. In der Küche ging der Abfluss kaputt und das Wasser ergoss sich im Schrank und in der Küche. Erst nach 4 Tagen und mehrfacher Meldung an der Rezeption kam jemand und hat es repariert. Die Beschreibung der Umgebung und wo man evtl. einkaufen kann war sehr dürftig. Man musste 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Das Restaurant in der Anlage war geschlossen und man bekam nur Essen to Go an 5 Tagen mit einer kläglichen Auswahl. Es fehlt ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Anlage selbst. Im Haus selber fehlt ein Besen und Handfeger, man hat wenig Möglichkeit Dreck, Krümmel etc. zu entfernen ohne jedesmal den Staubsauger hervorzuholen. Einrichtungen und Ausstattung war im Haus gut, hervorzuheben ist dabei die Klimaanlage für die wir allerdings mehrere Tage brauchten um sie in Gang zu bekommen. Erst nach studieren der Betriebsanleitung im Internet. Davor hatten wir bis 31Grad im Haus! Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Umgebung mit den hervorragenden Fahrradwegen genossen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Fluglärm

Tolle Ausstattung, gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Haarlem usw., aber der Fluglärm war z.T. wirklich sehr nervig.

Wir hatten mehr erwartet…

Vermutlich haben wir ein falsches Ferienhaus bekommen, da in der Buchungsbestätigung ein Haus in L-Form angegeben war und so eines haben wir nicht bekommen. Das war aber für uns noch OK. Das Haus ist architektonisch nett. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Das Wohnzimmer und die großen Fenster sind super, der Blick nach draußen auf einen künstlichen Kanal ist sehr schön. Leider konnten wir auf Grund des Wetters die Terrasse nicht nutzen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr überschaubar. Es gab leider weder Backofen noch Toaster, so dass die tägliche Fahrt zum Supermarkt für Brötchen notwendig war. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass das Restaurant der Anlage noch komplett geschlossen war. Dort zu essen war eigentlich fest eingeplant, es gab vorab kein Hinweis, dass die Anlage noch so gut wie im Winterschlaf war. Das war aber für uns buchungsentscheidend. Leider gab es auch keine Kaffeemaschine, was explizit in der Buchung erwähnt wird. Was schlimmer als gedacht war, ist der Fluglärm. Die Anlage liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise und von ca. 6.30 Uhr bis ca. 23.00 Uhr starten und landen dort die Flugzeuge. Ebenfalls ein nogo für einen weiteren Urlaub in dieser Anlage.

Klasse Lage

Klasse Lage für Ausflüge ans Meer und nach Amsterdam. Allerdings in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Dadurch sehr laut. Das Haus hätte besser in Schuss sein können, Rollos fast überall defekt, Backofen, Mikrowelle ebenfalls nicht zu benutzen. Da wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen da waren , war es für uns nicht so schlimm.
