"This cottage was a great place to stay while exploring the golden circle. It is in a very quiet area, away from city lights for a better chance to see the northern lights. The natural hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings and the unique glass bubble bedroom is just amazing! It’s set up well to keep you plenty warm at night."

"Loved staying here. We only had one unplanned surprise. We may have missed this in the listing but the instructions ask you to take all your trash with you. We drove hours with our son holding a full bag of trash until we found a place to dispose of it. We actually named our bag since he travelled with us for so long. Other than our bag of trash, it was a nice stay."

"It was a very nice cottage in a great location. It is definitely small house living but was plenty big enough for my wife and I. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in very good condition. The living area was well windowed and the views were spectacular. Very peaceful and serene, but not too far from a bunch of really good eating places as well as Selfoss, which was a much larger town than I expected."

"This was a perfect house for our holiday in Iceland. We were there with an extended family group of three families - parents and teenage and young adult children. The location is about 15 minutes from Selfoss, 1 hour from Rekyavik and 1.5 hours from Keflavik airport. It allowed easy access to all the attractions of the southern region.
