"The apartment was perfect for me. I had a ground floor so no bother at all with lack of lift. The entry/exit via the keypad made me feel very safe. The interior of the apartment was typically Danish and suited me. Every thing i needed was there. The bed was exceptionally comfy, the only thing I'd suggest would be more or larger pillows. "

"The property is very central with easy pedestrian access to all major central areas. Streetview of the neighbourhood is a put-off, but it is much better than that impression. The apartment is reasonably furnished, but lighting is dim in the dining area. Reception is self check-in, which worked quite well, but I regret not being able to meet my host in person, an enjoyable part of travel. Self check-in discards another opportunity for human interaction. "

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). We were able to walk to EVERYTHING - shopping, round tower, Tivoli, Freetown, Design Museum, Botanical Gardens, Nyhavn. Even in the winter.
