"Price was good for 6 nights. Accommodation was ok, no room cleaning if you opt for one of the studios. Steep charge if you require late check-out, which we did due to flight cancellation. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location 30 minutes walk to town centre or buses nearby."

The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. "We stayed here to splurge on activities and food, but it was simply not worth it. We almost canceled and booked another hotel on night 1 but it was non refundable. Very hot — very hot. No AC or it doesn’t work. Very dirty. I didn’t allow myself to walk barefoot around. Stains on the bed frame. Mold in the shower. It’s far from everything. Overall bad experience "

"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"We really loved the unique decor of the hotel. The room was a good size, the hotel was very clean overall, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated available parking within their gated premises. Entry was a bit tricky, mostly because it right off a traffic circle and as our auto navigation tried to take us around the back where you cannot get in. Only negative is there are very few restaurants within walking distance."

"This is not a regular hotel but a very dated apartment hotel. *WE GOT CHARGED 20€ EXTRA TO GET SHEETS FOR THE BED *WE HAD TO CLEAN THE LODGING BEFORE CHECKING OUT. *NOISY WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. MANY BETTER PLACES IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME PRICE. "

"Noone around to take my bags when arrived. It was before checkin but had to find the number and get a call back after they didn't answer (within 'available' hours). Once they phoned back they were accomodating but the person who met me didn't speak English as advertised, and didn't have correct change for tourist tax, so had to pay later. The bed which seemed to be covered in a towel (how I imagine a brothel) and had a huge crater-like dip in the middle. Like an elephant had tried to sleep in...
