"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. "Decent, clean, older apartment building. Hard to find as not along the road but you have to walk a couple of minutes along a narrow driveway to find it. Friendly, helpful staff, Harry in particular."

"Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"The area where the hotel is, is absolutely terrible and it doesn’t feel safe at all. My teenage daughter woke up to go to the bathroom at night and she suddenly shouted. I woke up and asked what happened, she sent me to have a look and I found cockroaches on the wall by the mirror. It was disgusting. On another occasion, the alarm went off so I made my way down via the stairs from the 6th floor on my to find no one at reception. I just found the whole place unprofessional and unsafe.
