"This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. "We really loved the unique decor of the hotel. The room was a good size, the hotel was very clean overall, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated available parking within their gated premises. Entry was a bit tricky, mostly because it right off a traffic circle and as our auto navigation tried to take us around the back where you cannot get in. Only negative is there are very few restaurants within walking distance."

"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"Noone around to take my bags when arrived. It was before checkin but had to find the number and get a call back after they didn't answer (within 'available' hours). Once they phoned back they were accomodating but the person who met me didn't speak English as advertised, and didn't have correct change for tourist tax, so had to pay later.
