"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. "Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"The area where the hotel is, is absolutely terrible and it doesn’t feel safe at all. My teenage daughter woke up to go to the bathroom at night and she suddenly shouted. I woke up and asked what happened, she sent me to have a look and I found cockroaches on the wall by the mirror. It was disgusting. Once they phoned back they were accomodating but the person who met me didn't speak English as advertised, and didn't have correct change for tourist tax, so had to pay later.
