"Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash. "

The room is spacious and the furnishing is tasteful and very comfortable. The windows also open, which is a plus. There's adequate working space in the room and the bathroom was very good too. Will definitely return when needed. "

The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. The staff were always friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. Great breakfast buffet too. "
