"We stayed here for one night in September. It's a beautiful 200+ year old house on a gorgeous property that is only a 7 minute walk from the historical center. There is free parking on site and breakfast is delicious (the home made apple juice is divine). Our room was nice and spacious. "We stayed in the zen room. There was a separate en suite toilet and bathroom. Jean-Marc and Patricia were very sweet hosts and had thought of everything you could wish for in the property. The breakfast was filling with a wide choice including fresh fruit, home made yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses and eggs."

"A Wonderful upscale b and b just minutes from the old town in honfluer and the port. The rooms were huge, with a separate seating area and dining table in one room (this is where your breakfast is served each morning) and a lovely bright spacious and clean bedroom. Pizza at the hotel was ok and filled the void. Free parking on site, breakfast not included but available. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, cereal, coffee, etc."

"The hotel is a mansion built in the 18th century and the decoration mainly retained the feel of that time. In the room the furniture did show the age but we didn't mind. Our room has a balcony and in the morning you can see the sun coming up to greet you. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own private parking which is convenient if you are driving. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to the old port. I will recommend this hotel."

"Staff were excellent -very helpful and kind. Parking is a challenge -you need to book before hand and there is a weird car lift to a very small underground car park -not for the claustrophobic. "

"Nice budget hotel, in a good location with a decent Italian restaurant and a nice pub/burger place within a minutes walk. Lovely staff, always friendly and the breakfast is good value. We stay with our dogs en route to and from the UK and will be back. Thanks "

Holiday Inn Express Rouen Centre - Rive Gauche by IHG

"We spent a nin bnb properties all wonderful but it was so nice to be back in a regular clean hotel. Great bed ..firm. my room had a balcony ... check in great , included breakie great..they even had fresh eggs you could soft boil ..never seen that before. I hosed the breakfast time and showd uo at 6:15 ..the weekend it starts at 7:30. The gent setting it up graciously allowed us to participate early. Parking was great but hard to find at first... under the building but entrance is ALL the wat around the block. Even had a lounge chair to put on the deck outside the room. "
