"The location is great. Even though is not in Munich, is very close from the station with shops all around, restaurants and all we needed. I didn't expect to have no reception, but that wasn't an issue. The only thing that I would change is the bed. I was with my fiance, and we got single beds together instead of a double bed, that is not the same, but it was comfortable. Tha k you very much for everything."

"The original boutique hotel we booked turned out to be a separate block on its own which was strange. We were redirected to the Best Western Pro to check in where we were fortunately upgraded. We were very grateful as all the facilities are at Best Western. Also the surrounding area was dark and isolated so I would have felt unsafe walking. The best western was luxurious with late checkout at 12. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but it’s closed until 3pm “normal in Europe,” apparently...

"The only negative thing I would say is the dinning. We tried to have lunch and waited for 15 minutes and we were asked if we had a reservation. We did not . They kept telling us to wait. Waiting 15 minutes with two children is horrible so we just left. "
