"One of the best places to stay. The resort retains the old Kerala vibe although providing all the modern amenities one requires for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous, warm and responsive. Their breakfast spread is nice. It’s worth the money spent. "

"I stayed in a garden-view room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The garden itself is beautifully maintained, and the hotel premises offer a stunning direct view of the cliff beach. We frequently ordered tea to our room, and it was always delivered with care. One downside was that there were no towels in the room upon arrival. I didn’t contact reception about it, so I can’t confirm if this is standard practice or an oversight. Overall, the stay was quite nice. "

"the location is amazing ...overlooking the sea with access to wide open beaches and no people - a big contrast to Verkala north cliff beach. The place was clean , modern and the staff went out of their way to assist us with adapters, taxis, etc... The food was excellent though a bit overpriced. I would love to visit again !"

"The Thiruvambadi is a great hotel. It’s in a convenient spot at the very end of the cliff ‘strip’ so, if you turn left out of the hotel, you’ve can walk along the clifftop past lots of shops and an endless choice of restaurants. "We came for a week and booked three more! It’s such a special place❤️ The staff treats you so well and looks after all your needs. "Interesting stay here. The lobby area is beautiful, centred around a supposedly natural pool and banyan trees, water flowing alongside the paths. We stayed in their cheapest room which was poor condition but pretty clean. Can’t really complain for the price. The owner/manager was like a movie villain trying to be nice, loudly playing sinister sounding chants from reception. The morning yoga was great. The Ayurvedic massage was ok. "
