"We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. "The gite was spacious and comfortable. Best of all it remained cool day and night in temperatures of over 30c. The terrace was especially delightful and the setting is very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped although the free-standing oven was less than satisfactory and difficult to control. There is a large (unfenced) grassed area which children would enjoy. There are interesting things to see in the area - don't miss the beautiful Romanesque church in the village. There are plenty of...

"Propriétaire tres gentille, et a l écoute lors de problème où de question. Résidence identique aux photos. Tres calme pour se ressourcer en famille, cela nous a fait beaucoup de bien nous qui venons de paris et en appartement. On reviendra c est sure !!!"

"This is a charming, up to date gite in an ideal location, 3 km from Eymet, a wonderful small village in Dordogne. It is hard to get a sense of just how peaceful the location is from the photos, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Donna were great hosts. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the 6 nights we were there. "
