This is inexcusable and dirty in a hotel of this size & turnover. Rang down to reception to get another sheet, but after an hour I had to chase it up by going down myself, only to stand behind two guests checking in VERY SLOWLY for 15 minutes. Staff need to be more responsive to guests’ needs."
