"It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation."

"This review is from my wife but covers my opinion as well. Me and my wife Sita stayed for around 2 weeks at Vivanta Coimbatore in the last week of January and first week of February 2025. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It is in the best location and very well maintained. The staff is just so warm and friendly and helpful. I cant remember all their names but just want to mention Lily, Remitha, Arun, Ashley and Parthasarathy from the front desk. We needed a room with special assistance and Lily went all out to relocate us to this room. Mr.Arun very kindly provided us a high chair from bar for our comfort. The Latitude restaurant was exceptional in the matter of breakfast buffet as also the lunch, dinner and a la carte menu. Extremely attentive and helpful staff who immediately attended to our every need.Again dont remember all the names (all of you were nothinng short of excellent) but some we remember are Lily Kikon, Anandi, Vipin, Sunil, Darshan and Ranjith. The Jiva spa was excellent and ably handled by Aasif. The housekeeping team for our floor was just superb catering to our every need. Nathan and Runjhurani big thanks to you for your hard work. So also Prakash. What else can one say......Superb location, lovely hotel and absolutely amazing staff. More power to the Taj brand. You have done it proud!! Thank you. Will visit again."

"Perfect location, excellent room with large, comfortable bed and everything cleaned to a high standard. Good a/c and wifi. Lovely restaurant, with very good food choices and a high quality of professional, friendly staff (particular mention to Alice from Mizoram :) Negatives: No mattress protector!!!! This is inexcusable and dirty in a hotel of this size & turnover. Rang down to reception to get another sheet, but after an hour I had to chase it up by going down myself, only to stand behind two guests checking in VERY SLOWLY for 15 minutes. Staff need to be more responsive to guests’ needs."

"Husband and wife on a short two personal trip. The reception was exceptionally professional. The room was very clean with a well maintained boothroom and bed. The mattress was too soft for us. Everything worked as advertised. Hot water and rain shower all times of the day. They provide freshly laundered pool towels though the pool is a bit neglected. Need to watch out for birds/ bird poop in the pool. Better to change/ wash up in the room rather than the changing room next to the pool. Good for a visit when only the room is needed. Don't expect too much from the complementary breakfast. Avoid the coffee at all costs :) Preferably avoid the baked goodies which are made with margarine or it's derivates. You good get by with the dosai, omelette and other freshly prepared food. "
