"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. "I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "
