Cocoonr Agency offers you this very cozy and comfortable apartment located in a beautiful luxury building. Its brightness, its beautiful parquet floor and the beautiful height under ceiling in the living room promise a rustic and bourgeois atmosphere at the same time !
Located on the Place des Lices, at the gates of the Intra-Muros, it will allow you to live to the rhythm of holidays or Vannetaises events.

On the 3rd floor without elevator, this 39 sqm apartment, with the decoration, offers :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- 1 extra single sofa/bed of 90 in the living room,
- 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180,200)
- A bathroom with shower, WC

Exterior :
All shops and restaurants, the marina, coastal paths, public car parks are within 100 m. The large market starts at the foot of the building.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

Au Coeur des Remparts "Excellent séjour, je recommande chaudement! Les : Appartement très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Idéalement situé (coeur du centre historique), belle vue. Propreté impeccable! Énormément de charme, on s'y sent très bien. Arrivée flexible, accueil avec remise des clés en main propre (possibilité d'avoir un 2ème jeu de clés). Les - : 1) Les personnes ayant le sommeil léger jugeront peut-être l'isolation phonique un peu légère par rapport aux bruits provenant de la place au petit matin (ramassage ordures, installation marché, livraison avec camions frigo), mais une paire de boules Quiès règlera facilement le problème. 2) La vue se mérite, et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Si vous êtes jeune et et bonne santé et que quelques escaliers (un peu étroits au demeurant) ne vous font pas peur, ce n'est absolument pas un problème, mais ce point est sans doute à considérer si vous avez des soucis de mobilité ou transportez des choses encombrantes, par exemple."
