"I don't like saying bad things but the place was not clean. I had to move the couch to sweep up the food, plates, and bugs. I had to also sweep around the windows lots of bugs. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was full of hair and crumbs. I brought my sheets as stated but the previous people must have not done so. Other than that everything else was fine. There is a steep rocky incline leading to the house that we knew about but still had us nervous traversing it each time. The property has numerous bird feeders for wildlife viewing! "Quaint little cottage on beautiful property, with shared pool and right across road from Guadalupe River. Loved the wallpapers and carved wooden furniture. Was great to have a comfy holiday home where our dog was welcome. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with lovely view of nature, or down in the dry creek, before the heat of the day got to us. Check-in was very simple, and we lacked nothing during the stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night.
