"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

We had issues with our cell phones in Spain then delayed in traffic due to an accident on the road, Claudi arrived quickly when we got to the apartment was welcoming and showed us around.
