It had everything I needed - great recommendations provided for where to eat, things to do and how to get around the area; clear instructions given by owner on how to come and go; felt very safe and comfortable throughout. Sam and Lily are congenial hosts. Their domain is clean and elegant, yet comfortable. I liked being in a residential neighborhood. Nespresso machine and fruit was a plus. I felt like I had the bathroom and shower to myself, though shared.
