Bedroom 1: One queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom

15-20 min drive to all Vancouver attractions!

Things to note:

• Self check-in.
• The third Bedroom is a den with a Single bed and mattress although, without windows, it is perfect for an extra guest
• For your safety and to prevent flooding issues, we do not provide bathtub plugs.
• Please ensure proper use of toilets by flushing only toilet paper and human waste. Do not flush any other items such as sanitary products, wipes, or foreign objects. Please avoid excessive flushing of used tissue in the toilets. Instead, we've placed bins in convenient locations for proper disposal.
• Potential city noise from the nearby Skytrain station; close the windows to minimize it.
• We can set up a pack-and-play and/or provide extra linens for the Sofa in the living room. Please confirm with us in advance!
• We only provide one fob per reservation but other guests can freely enter the building using self-check-in instructions

House Rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property (including on balconies or terraces). Please use the designated smoking area outside the property/building. Breaking this rule will incur a C$1,000 fine plus the cost of cleaning and deodorizing the place.
• No extra guests are allowed, any authorized one will be $37 per head per night.
• As much as we love our fur friends, we do not allow pets on the property.
• Parking is only permitted to the ones shown in the check-in instructions.
• Please respect our neighbors at all times. We have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additionally, we have noise monitoring censors on the property.
• Failure to check out on time will be fined $90 per hour after authorized check-out time and a whole nightly rate or any loss we incur for our next guests checking in.
• No shoes are allowed inside the house.
• Send us a message/picture of the key/fob or smart lock when you check out. Fob replacement $200.00 by building management.

Early check-in and late check-out:
We can only determine a day prior to your check-in since our calendar will remain open. Below are the fees.

Early check-in:
3:00 PM: $40.00
12:00 PM: $75.00
Before 12:00 PM: We would require that you book the night before to secure an early check-in.

Late Check-out:
12:00 PM: $40.00
12:00 PM: onwards would require booking the night of your check out to secure a late check out.

Great location!
Overall an excellent spot. Just a walk across the street to see the game! The 5 pm check-in time cuts it close, make sure you read the instructions carefully before checking in and parking. Other than that, the room is excellent! Loved the bathtub and the sundeck, taking in the downtown city atmosphere at night was awesome! Comfortable beds, a room to yourself, food joints right outside, and right next to the SkyTrain if you need to zip around. The convenience factor really shines. Has everything you need. Will 100% stay there again.

We were in town for business and 3 of us stayed here. As for the rating of being advertised as "Luxury" I would definitely not give it that rating. We have pointed out things that need repairs to property manager and are hoping that they are repaired as we would love to stay here again.

Ideal location for visiting Vancouver
Prefect pad for a party of 5 visiting Vancouver for the first time. Easy walk to a plethora of things to do in the beautiful city, clean, and well appointed. We'll definitely book again upon our next visit.

Worst check-in and checkout experience
The garage fob didn’t work during both checkin and check out even after replacing the battery. We spent almost an hour just to open the garage gates, there were two of them with the broken fob with no useful help from the host until the concierge came to buzz us in. Since the checkin time was 5:00pm, we pretty much wasted the remaining daylight to just park our car with a broken fob. On top of that, the host didn’t offer any assistance on its own to help makeup for our lost time and the inconvenience its broken checkin experience we had endured. Also the so called 3rd bedroom was not even a den as it claimed on its description but more a “closet size space where you couldn’t even close the door with a bed in it. The two bathrooms were actually sharing the shower so not really two self contained bathrooms. Finally the so bath towels provided were so small, more a large size hand towel than a standard size bath towel. There were so many things inside the unit that didn’t work including two out of 4 track lights in the kitchen, one of the living room light and the dinning table surface was was not flat, some of the light switches were cracked, clearly not a well maintained unit. Except for the location, there was nothing “ultra-luxury about this unit. We have a party of 3 staying in the unit and barely had enough room. I will definitely not book this unit if you have more than 4 people even though it advertised to sleep 6.
