Great Place to Stay
The condo is very modern, clean and well equipped and has everything you'd need for a home away from home for your stay in Vancouver. The views are also impressive through the condo's floor to ceiling windows! The location is great, just two minutes from a supermarket and drug store and with several local eateries and coffee shops nearby so it's an ideal base camp for anyone. Don and Sandra are both wonderful hosts, though I only met Don in person. The couple are really lovely, kind and accommodating and I felt very welcome in their apartment. I wish I was able to stay longer but I'd gladly rebook this condo whenever I'm back in Vancouver.

Unsafe neighborhood
I'm not sure how this had not been mentioned in previous reviews, but, while the condo itself fits the owner's description, it should be noted that the unit is located in quite a dangerous area. Be aware that, while the building itself is secure, as described in the listing, homeless people and junkies are scattered all around the building's surrounding areas. Even though the building is not located in the Abbots to Main St defined to be Vancouver's "Downtown Eastside," which is known to be dangerous, homeless people and junkies congregate all along W Cordova St, the plaza underneath the building, the adjacent Victory Square park, the walkway next to the building, right in front of the building entrance—everywhere. Even during the day, it feels very unsafe to walk down the street, let alone at night. We were not aware of this upon booking the condo and was unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood. Would not recommend it. Aside from its subpar location, the condo is very nice.

Nice condo in newer building
We were there for a month (mid-August to mid-September). Don and Sandra were pleasant and attentive. The unit was super clean with a nice view of the Burrard Inlet. We walked and rode bikes everywhere; what a great city!

Perfect for extended stay
We stayed at the apartment for 1 month. It had everything we needed with a Nesters Market and London Drugs across the courtyard. The location is in a great transportation hub area for Vancouver and the north shore. Sandra and Don were great hosts and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Woodward's property . It was very conveniently located
The property was extremely well equipped and very modern and clean . The owners were so helpful in every way and it was a pleasure to communicate with them . We really enjoyed the ambience of the apartment and its location was close to very nice little restaurants and transport .If we come to visit Vancouver again , this is exactly where we would like to stay again .

Excellent apartment right in the middle of Gaston
After living four weeks in the condo I'm very satisfied with my decision to stay here. The condo is very nice, has all what you want with washing machine, dryer, kitchen, TV and so on. I had a spectacular view from the 26th floor on the Burrard Inlet and Gastown. From the open terrace at the 42nd floor you have an amazing 360-degrees-view of Vancouver and the Northshore mountains. Sandra and Don, the owners, are very nice people, everything went well. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in their condo.
