Kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room is a shared area. Private master bedroom and private bathroomwith king size bed .There is also a closet.

Property Reflects Cost
Cost was commensurate with the property. Although the setup of the property was not made clear through the listing--a master bedroom in a large house that is setup like a hostel with many rooms occupied by different groups, the room and bed were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. One of the tenants (maybe the onsite manager?) was helpful with an issue regarding the door lock.

Just right as advertised
This was a quick overnight in Vancouver. We rented a one bedroom/bathroom at a VERY affordable price. The house is in a beautiful older neighborhood of big historic houses and friendly dog walkers. We did not use the common areas of the home, but all appeared clean and usable. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was our bathroom. Nothing new and fancy but perfectly adequate. Would stay again.
