Serenity and comfort in beautiful Fort Langley
Cannot recommend this property enough. Kathleen was a remarkable host! The site had everything we needed and was so peaceful. Lovely amenities and surroundings. Close to downtown and the Saturday Farmers Market. We would definitely stay here again :)

Lovely, quiet, blissful stay
Very well appointed, thoughtfully done. Kathleen has a gem that is super comfortable, impressively clean, and quiet. Walking distance 25 minutes to Fort Langley or stroll the lovely grounds. Anything you need is at your finger tips for a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing property
We enjoyed another wonderful stay here. The suite is perfect and very well supplied. The property is stunning, quiet and relaxing. Kathleen is a wonderful host. This is our favourite place to stay when we travel to Langley.

Great location and grounds
Kathleen was a great host, the property is as advertised and cottage looked brand new. Close to downtown Fort Langley and off the main road, so nice and quiet.

We had such a great stay. The attention to detail was everywhere from the 4 seasons robe, to snacks, coffee, and everything you could need on arrival. The mattress and bedding were also heavenly! Will definitely stay again!

Kathleen has an amazing property - perfect for a couple. She has looked after every detail - we couldn’t think of one thing that was missing. Hard to believe that you are in the middle of a city! Even go to see Northern Lights. We’ll definitely be back.

Country oasis in the city!
What an absolute gem this place is! I have stayed in self-catering accommodation throughout Canada and the UK and Kathleen's place is now in my top 3 to re-visit. Kathleen is a communicative and generous host and the accommodation is spotless with every amenity needed for a short or long stay. I loved every minute of my time at Kathleen's and would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone seeking a country oasis in the city!

Delight in BC
Kathleen's home and property are SO wonderful. Such a relaxing, clean and quiet place to stay, the Suite has everything a couple needs for a delightful time in British Columbia. What a pleasure to stay at this charming property! Plenty of room for 2 adults and fully equipped with much more than you'd expect! Clean, quiet and private, with beautiful surrounding grounds, including sitting areas along a meandering river. This is one time I wish our schedule wasn't so busy, so we could've spent more time just enjoying this accommodation! We will definitely re-book when we return to the lower mainland!

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay here. This home is lovely, spotless and so generously supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings in a country setting where we could sit on the deck and look across the blueberry field, or watch the horses graze in the pasture, and have an occasional welcome greeting from Duke, the German Shepherd. All this just a few minutes from Fort Langley. Everything from the comfortable bed to the plush towels made for a very comfortable stay. Kathleen is the perfect host and we look forward to returning again soon.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay
From the moment I first contact the host, her quick reply and accurate assessment of her location vs the location of a relative I was coming to check on was a blessing. She accommodated me in every way possible and I would not hesitate to select this host or property again in the future. My only hope is that it’s not booked for my next unexpected trip to Vancouver. second visit and loved it
This was our second visit to the Carriage House Farm, we have stayed in other rentals in Fort Langley, and this is definitely our first choice. The separate building on the property provides quiet and privacy, the completely above ground suite has the best landscape scenery, the view of the overall property is beautiful, enjoyable even with the unexpected snow cover. The suite has the best kitchen we've stayed in for cooking and baking, the best welcoming snacks on our arrival, the living room is bright and sunny, well suited for reading in the afternoon, or watching the screen in the evening, the WIFI is strong for both personal and business connections, and of course our host Kathleen is always available by text and in person for advice and assistance. Highly recommend.

Completely Charmed by this serene spot. Will definitely be back.
This little spot was exactly what I needed and far surpassed my expectations. Kathleen is a fantastic host who obviously takes pride in her property. She provided extra little items that made my stay like being at home. I really enjoyed the cookies and tea unwinding at the end of the day. Waking in the mornings to the chatter of birds and watching the horses graze in the field left me relaxed and refreshed. I especially enjoyed being greeted by Duke, her dog, such a wonderful companion. The bed was so comfortable, the shower immediately hot. I look forward to many more visits, hopefully to explore a bit more and most of all to chat further with Kathleen. A perfect host, very easy to deal with, concerned that everything was good. She left me in my own privacy, but was readily available if needed. I can’t wait to return.

Very small living space but adequate for a few nights stay.
We generally enjoyed our stay, and the host was helpful and friendly, but there were a few issues. It was VERY hard to find the entrance to the property, especially arriving when it is dark, since the owner is not permitted to put a sign out near the road. Maybe some better reflectors on the rail fence would help. Also the unit was not warm when we arrived; the thermostat was set at about 15 C and it took at least 2 hours to warm up since it is electric baseboard heating. This was not very pleasant or comfortable. We appreciated the basket of goodies and everything that we needed was in the unit.

Best Rental We’ve Stayed At!
Wow! Kathleen’s cottage is a dreamy retreat. It is even better than the pictures, immaculately clean, well stocked and every need has been thought of. The bed is extremely comfortable, the property is in a beautiful area, close to convenient stores and eateries but tucked away so that it feels like you are the only ones around. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful get-away where you feel loved and taken care of, you won’t find better than this lovely cottage! We were spoiled to stay here!

Best vrbo hands down in fort Langley and amazing host. Loved the chats and getting to know them. Enjoyed it immensely. Super comfy private carriage house. Clean w fully stocked kitchen. Was such a nice treat to walk around her property and see her horses and blueberry bushes that sprawl over 20 acres. Simply amazing beautiful property! Peaceful and spotless
We stayed 4 days and had a relaxing stay. The house is spotless clean, very private and peaceful. It is a few minutes drive to restaurants, ice cream and gelato, shops and antique store. The blueberry farm makes a nice view to wake up to.
