Lots of light on sunny days and still pretty bright on the gloomy days :) No AC - it may get quite warm in the summer months as the condo is west facing. Fan available upon request. In-Unit, private laundry room with ~2yr old washer and dryer. This is my home when I’m in Vancouver; so it’s well-maintained and filled with personal touches
