This place was a very clean and modern. The three bedrooms and the view or what sold it for us. It really is a spectacular view on the balcony. It could have used a few more kitchen tools including a working icemaker. The directions for parking and checking into the building were not super clear. You have to temporally park out front, get buzzed in the entrance by using a code to reach the owner, that also allows you to ride up in the elevator. So don’t just walk in the building behind someone because he won’t get far. Then you grab the garage key fob from the unit, go back to your car, park in the garage and then follow the maze of garage doors and walking tunnels to get to the elevator to take you up back up to the unit. There are no luggage carts so carrying our groceries and bags was a bit of a pain. Due to navigating the parking situation, we opted to just walk or Uber everywhere around Vancouver. One reason we chose this unit is because it stated there was air-conditioning. That was true however, they were 2 mobile units, one in the master and one in the living room, that were just discharging out wide open windows. It was definitely better than no AC at all however the two smaller bedrooms had have the doors left open to stay cool, especially the one next to the master because when the sun entered in the morning it was hot as can be. I also recommend leaving the shades down until sunset in the summer.
