Condo in the Classico building located on West Pender street in Coal Harbour one block to the harbour and seawall near Stanley Park, Georgia, Robson, Alberni, Hastings and Cordova streets, the convention centre, office district, shopping, skytrain train tracks, few minutes to Rogers Arena, BC Place and False Creek.

The unit has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full size fridge/freezer, gas range, built-in dishwasher and garburator featuring granite countertops. Living/dining room combo with a gas fireplace (included in maintenance fees) a good sized balcony with views to the water, mountains, and Stanley Park, in-suite washer/dryer, bathroom with one sink and a tub with overhead shower.

Host canceled the day of and would not refund me
The host never reached out leading up to the stay with any check in instructions. I messaged the host the day before the stay inquiring how to check in. No response. I messaged again the day we were arriving and the host said he needed to cancel the booking due to a leak in the kitchen. Given the other reviews, I find that highly unlikely since this is a pattern of last minute cancellations leaving guests scrambling to find other accommodations. I normally would not have booked given these terrible reviews but we had very few options bc everything was booked bc Taylor Swift was there that weekend. Then the host did not refund my booking. I had to call VRBO customer service at least 4 times to report the late cancellation and to try to get my refund. Each time they would call the host while we were on the call- no response, then would email the host to give him an opportunity to respond- no response, and finally they escalated the case and VRBO issued the refund. I cannot understand why this host is still allowed to rent on VRBO. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible disgusting place and owners
The bed was flipped upside down, may you ask why? It was completly yellow from PISS STAINS,as well as the pillers were both yellow and stained, MOLD behind the sink, a room filled half way to the top with stuff just tossed in there, as well as 4 pairs of sandles and personal items left all over, id hed sheets.

Friendly and very responsive host. Great location. Really liked the view from the condo. Check in wasn’t that complicated, but could have been easier. Disappointed at how old the unit was for the price. Also there was no A/C or fan in the unit and it was very hot. Had to leave the slider and windows open all night, but flies kept coming in and that was very annoying. The bed didn’t fit the bed frame and it wasn’t ideal… I’m not sure I would stay here again unless the price was cheaper. Definitely in a great location in downtown though which was convenient for walking around the city.

I was to check in on 3/21 Thursday, and they cancelled on me on 3/19 Tuesday after the reservation had been made weeks prior (cancelling because they "forgot they were hosting family"). A refund hardly means anything when you're stressed, scrambling to find another hotel, and at a much higher rate as they sell out that close to the date.
