The first room we stayed in the balcony door did not work so they offered to move us into an upgraded room the next day, the room was the same but there was sticky spots all over the floor. I proceeded to take a face towel to clean the spot but what I seen was disgusting the cloth came out with so much grim and god knows what that it made me feel sick. I understand not moping a room every time people stay but come on! I don’t think it’s ever been moped. But I will say the beds are super comfy :)

Although renovated it's still an old hotel 1986. Hotel room was comfortable but with a noisy bathroom fan that ran 24/7. Desk people friendly. Parking at $28.50 a day a little steep. Been there done that, try something new next time

For the location it’s a cheap hotel and is worth it. But the building is old and smelly. They forgot to place shampoo, soap, and shower gel in my room for 2 days back to back! That’s why I rated it low but the location is great!

Such a great location for a hotel, beautiful views and close to lots of great restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean and beautiful! Loved our stay and will come back again!

Excellent location. So much to do right outside the hotel! Room was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view. Some wear and tear beginning to show (fan in bathroom not working, scuffs on furniture and floor) but I would definitely book again and stay longer!

We were excited to stay at the lonsdale Quay hotel. But was a little disappointed when checking in the room was not all that clean or maintained. When I asked for one extra face cloth the front desk said they would bring us one and never received it. Parking was a whole other issue. When booking with Expedia there was no information about paid parking. Only after paying for my reservation did I get a texted letting me know that parking was to be paid for when we arrived. I was told at a discounted rate of $29 dollars. Which would have been fine if it was for 24 hours. But it was only for 13 hours. Overall not to best choice for us

They have heavy construction going on just next to your room #319, and could not rest, neither sleep after 8am. The hotel should not be accepting reservation. Got a serious headache and stress after a long flight.
