Location is very good. Property amenities are good, on site restaurant and bar are really good. Staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the rooms for what you pay are below standard and need to be upgraded, the potential is there for sure.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were given an early check-in which was so great. We were able to get into our room early and then do some shopping before dinner which was very helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. They said it was nice and warm. We were also given a later check-out which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s been my fourth stay at this property. Three at the Sutton place Hotel and first time at the Residence. I added a day for my stay as my flight comes in early had called and arranged with the guest service. I arrive at 7am and check in was a breeze. About 11 am I get a call from someone at the front desk telling me he booked me in a different room and that I have two bookings. I said yes I had two bookings but had an arrangement and I only went to the room assigned to me when I arrived. I don’t know what he was upset about so I said so what do you want me to do why don’t you talk to your colleagues there because I already arranged this stay with someone. I paid an extra $800 for an extra night’s stay so I could just rest when I get there. The kitchen sink was leaking and I reported it the next day after I used it and water was lover the place. The lady at the front desk said he will let the engineer know. But no one looked after it even after we checked out, wasn’t even told when it was going to be fixed or offered me and my guests a different room. So we couldn’t use the sink. I was just disappointed with the stay this time. It’s always been such a breeze and everything was excellent even the staff before was wonderful. I’m not sure what’s happening.

Mice crawling all over us in the night and we took videos of it. Sick to the stomach with dissatisfaction. The videos will be posted on Facebook if I do not receive a apology with some sort of credit. TERRIBLE! How can someone sleep when they have mice crawling on them.

Parking was easy and included in the stay. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the condition of the room. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was quite dated, lots of minor damage. Fans were dirty and the fridge was dirty. I don’t think it was worth the premium price.

This hotel is in a great location. That said, it is confusing to get to the front of hotel if you're driving. The doormen were so helpful and friendly! The room itself was not clean, including the dishes, which is surprising for the price. Overall safe, quiet, friendly, comfortable beds and easy to get to our concert!

This is a nice hotel. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. There are plenty of places to eat around including an onsite restaurant serving very nice food. There is also a very nice supermarket next door that sells most things if you need them. Great facilities and staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the pool area is a little dated and could do with a facelift but it’s by no means something that should stop you staying here.
