Welcome to our home. We try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The suite is located in a very well known area in Vancouver, called "little Italy" on Commercial Drive area. There is excellent transportation connections, minutes walk to the Skytrain. The suite is close to the Skytrain Station so it will take you only 10 minutes to get to downtown.

This home has beautiful features like antique stained glass windows among other classic architectural design. We offer you a spacious modern, one bedroom suite and a large studio space if you want to paint, write or simply enjoy the view of the garden. It is located one block from popular restaurants, markets , theater, boutiques, and also it is close to Trout lake if you wan to go for a walk and enjoy a piece of nature.

Our 1100 Sqf suite including the porch areas has been tastefully designed and decorated to meet the expectation's of comfort and taste with a fully equipped kitchen with a Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster & Toaster Oven and all dishes, pots and pans to enjoy a great meal.

The bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with a one of a kind bathroom with a classic European style designer bathroom;
Outside is a half covered deck opening to a landscaped yard to relax in. You can relax in this private garden feeling at home.

The Living Room offers a gas fire place. Beautiful suite in heritage house. Private separate entrance with large beautiful gardens

Great place and location!
My husband and I rented this property while visiting family in Vancouver. Everything was just as shown/described in the listing, and the owner is extremely responsive should you need anything. The access to the bus and sky train very close by makes it really easy to get just about anywhere you want to go. We would definitely stay here again.

The suite was great and would definitely use again. Unfortunately I seem to have left my car unlocked at some point during the day and someone entered my vehicle. They seem to have taken a pair of beats earphones and seems like this is all. Nice enough to stack the contents of my glove box on my passenger seat. Note to self always ensure vehicle is locked.

Location,location,location!
The main room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and overall everything was there. We have stayed in several Commercial Drive area Vrbo’s and Ultimately what I want is cleanliness first and foremost, beyond that bathroom/ kitchen. I felt this unit could be spectacular and with upgrades to bath/kitchen areas, only my opinion. My other criticism was lack of ventilation, only one window was able to be open, the bedroom fortunately. I understand security concerns may be an issue. I know I sound overly critical but you did ask for my impressions. The suite has so much potential, that being said it is what it is. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Vincent Eric Price

Nice place - loved the little garden and balcony. Kitchen had the main needs and equipment to allow a little self-catering and supermarket and selection of restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes walk from Expo Line station Commercial-Broadway. Quiet district, with a nice park 10 min. walk away - John Henry Park.

Pleasant stay in this lovely house!

Our host Vincent was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The unit is very well kept, comfortable and close to the trendy Commercial Drive and Trout Lake. The fire place is a really nice feature. This place was a stunner and I loved it very much. It has lots of space and lots of light. It is very quiet and very close to the Translink station, stores and restaurants. You can access everything in just a few minutes on foot. If you plan to discover Vancouver without getting or having a car, this place is a must! Regarding the rental itself, the fireplace was amazing to have during the cold nights of early February. The furniture is minimalist but everything was comfy and fit my use. The art studio is perfect to work during the day as it receives a lot of light. Vincent is an amazing host that will do his best to accomodate you. He will make sure you will enjoy your stay and will give you tons of tips to make the most of your stay if necessary. I strongly recommend it.

The location of the suite was excellent. Close to bus and sky train, shops and restaurants. The suite is very spacious and the owner very responsive to our questions. As we were there for 11 days we wanted to entertain friends and family who live in the Vancouver area, but there were not even dishes and cutlery for 4. The towels and facecloth were pretty thread bare - not what we have come to expect from other VRBO rentals in this price range. The 19" TV was just too small and we missed the local TV coverage

Comfortable, convenient and hospitable
Vincent was a very attentive host. There was clear communication throughout the process, check in was a breeze and we were offered additional time to checkout on our final day although we didn't need it for this trip. Our host, Vincent, was very personable and helpful. He let us know about nearby attractions, restaurants & grocery stores so that we would be ready for our 10 mile walking tours each day. The apartment was immaculate and the bed super comfortable. The private entry was super and we loved the kitchen to prepare our morning coffee & breakfast. Enjoyed the stay. The suite was clean, bright and private. It was fairly well appointed but could use some utensils in the kitchen if one is actually interested in cooking. A sharp knife, spatula, kettle, and a bit more cutlery might be nice. Also the smart tv has so few channels it is almost useless and is quite damaged. Otherwise, the suite is in a fairly good location with lots of restaurants and basic shopping. There was a lot of driving for my needs but still liked Little Italy and easy access to transit. All in, a pretty nice place.
