Great place for a family visit
This was a great place for us to get away while we were visiting family. There were lots of thoughtful details for the kids like a couple toys and books. Very well kept and it was nice to be near parks and a green space.

Great getaway accomodation
Plenty of room in this well appointed, and technically savvy, apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms, tub/shower combo, comfortable sofa, dining area and parking. Ben, the host, was VERY accommodating when we were trying to change our dates. VRBO website couldn't quite figure it out, but Ben made it work for us. The only thing we didn't know was there is not a working oven - only stovetop, so we had to stop and get something to microwave for our first night's dinner. Would strongly recommend this apartment if you are visiting the Vancouver, BC area.

Cute neighborhood, but not an “entire house” as listed
This is a basement suite —NOT an “entire house” as listed — which was not as private as I’d wanted. It also says there is a washer and dryer which isn’t true, you have to pay $10 and make an appointment to use the washer and dryer in the main house. There were also signs with rules plastered over every surface with rules which was really uninviting.

Lovely location basement suite
Nice basement suite in occupied house. Easy access, close to where we needed. Like the community and all the trees. Thought we had the whole house based on the description, but neighbours above were quiet. And I didn’t see a hot tub. The oven was not working which was fine for us as we weren’t cooking but someone else would be unhappy. Thanks the stay! We may be back next year.

Great accommodation
The host was very attentive to details. The laundry wasn't available when we got there but upon sending him a message he opened it up. It was in a very quiet area & close to the places we needed to get to in Surrey. Would definitely stay there again.

This suite I found quite roomy with full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils for a short stay. I would stay again.

Beware of this place !!!!!
The owner is not trustworthy. I was charge with cleaning and service fee for our stay which understandable, however he never give back my refundable deposit because he state that there are some debris/fibers in the dryer and dent in the fridge that he never show me picture before and after of our stayed. That is why I was charged for cleaning fee so that they can clean the house. The only messed that he found is the dryer filter with fibers and yet he forfeited my deposit. Money can earned but not the trust. Not a recommended place to stay on.
