This 677sqft apartment has in-suite laundry, a coat closet, large storage den/pantry, and a large fridge. Plenty of room for groceries and your luggage.

The couches both pull out into beds (one single and one double), keep in mind this takes up a lot of the living space.

Located on a clean and safe street in the central, and highly desired location of Yaletown, in downtown Vancouver.

Minutes from shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks, marinas, markets, the sea wall, and transportation (bus, sky train, bike share, ride share, taxi, sea bus).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy your visit.


Getting around:
Centrally located a short 5-15 minutes walk from the seawall, restaurants, shopping, sky train, and entertainment.

You can walk, bike, transit (bus/sky train/sea bus/train), and drive to anywhere in/from this neighborhood.

Most paid street parking from 9am-6pm has a 2 hour limit, and 4 hour limit from 6pm-10pm. Street parking is usually free after 10pm, but check the parking signs to be safe.

Download the "PayByPhone" parking app to make maneuvering the city, much easier, as this parking app is used in most places within Vancouver.

Checkout time 11:00 a.m.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Gym/Spa hours are 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
No Events.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed anywhere in the apartment or on the common areas

Strata laws regarding pets:
Maximum of 2 pets.
Pets must be kept clean, and cleaned after.
Pets must be quiet and must not disturb the peace of other residents.
Pets are not permitted in the Japanese gardens.
Dogs must be leashed (6ft max) and under control, at all times in the common areas.
