We had a couple nights before our cruise to stay in Vancouver and chose this property. Location is fantastic l, very walkable to shopping and dining. The apartment is very clean and has a great peek view to the harbour. Will stay again
I was impressed with the check-in and check out process. The condo was clean and in a good location. There were plenty of restaurants in the the area, and things to do. Would definitely stay there again

The apartment had no light fittings in the bedrooms, the beds were too hot with no alternative to the hot doonas, the views were non existent and value for money was very poor. Obtaining and returning the keys was an absolute nightmare
The property was clean, inviting and a great location. The keysafe system for checkin wasn't working so checkin and checkout was a bit cumbersome, but we had good communication with the propert owner.
When booking a vacation rental online, I am never sure what the reality will be. We were very pleased with this unit. Great location. Well equipped and clean. The check in instructions were thorough and it was a breeze. We would stay here again.
The location is wonderful. Everything was perfect, very well supplied with everything one needs. We were sorry to leave when our stay was over. The owner is very helpful and answered all our questions about the area.
The location of the property is top notch and makes access to all of Vancouver quite easy. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Four adults stayed very comfortably.
I have only two very minor issues to note. There were no drinking glasses so a simple glass of ice water had to be drunk from a coffee, wine or child’s cup. Certainly not the end of tge world but
Five out of five stars for our first VRBO experience. Communication regarding key pick up and access to the unit was timely and easy to follow. The unit was clean, comfortable and as described. It was unseasonably warm in Vancouver during our stay. We were concerned about no air conditioning, and then we discovered fans in the closets. Thoughtful amenity. We had a great stay!
The apartment is reasonably comfortable but not luxurious.
The location is great, very close to the waterfront, Stanley Park and public transportation.
The one disappointment is that the listing indicates a pool, hot tub and exercise room are available at the property. Unfortunately, these facilities are only available to residents, not to VRBO visitors. The listing was misleading on this point.

Do not expect three beds for this property. It’s two. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.
Apartment was super clean with beautiful views. Bathrooms were spotless. Water temp and pressure in the bathrooms were good. There were coffee pods (enough for the first day) provided, though there's a Starbucks right across the street. Dishwashing liquid and sponge were also provided. Washer and dryer (and detergent) in the apartment was convenient since we were at the tail end of our trip. Only cons...rooms are very small...the sofa in the living room was hard and not comfortable to sit on...no tv in either bedroom (not a biggie). The administrator was VERY responsive, accommodating and patient when I had trouble getting the code for the key lock at the 7/11.
This property is on the 15th floor in downtown Vancouver. It is very clean, and has lots of windows. You can even see a slice of water beyond the surrounding buildings.
We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise. This property's location was perfect for that plan. The pier was walking distance from the property. On the other hand, since Avis has a car return just a couple of blocks from this property, we decided it would be even easier to just drop the luggage and other passengers at the loading dock and then drop the car back at Avis. That worked perfectly.
If we ever do a cruise from Vancouver again, we would be happy to stay here again if it was available.
Listing makes it seem like you have full harbor view. You don't.. very small view from one window. The check in process is weird. I was told I would get text with necessary code. However, it did not come as text, it came through VRBO message system. I wasn't looking there. Place is small, especially second bedroom. Has A/C unit sitting on the floor with a drain bucket that has to be drained couple of times a day. There are 2 15" fans that need to be used to circulate cool air to bedrooms. There is a parking garage to the left of the lobby entrance and one to the right. Not specified in check in procedures. So I'll tell you, it's on the right facing the lobby entrance. There is no ceiling light in the master. There is a small lamp that sits on a stand. The same stand that prevents you from opening the left side of the master closet. My advice, go elsewhere!
Excellent location - walking distance to so many places.
The property is located in a nice neighborhood with grocery and restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to many scenic places, as well as to the tour hub and cruise port.
