This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom in the recently completed 10-acre Shannon Wall Estate. The unit features hardwood flooring, A/C, radiant heat, and lots of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with gas range, stone countertops, and high-end appliances.

Please note:

Bed setup: 2 x Queens, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)

Free Parking: available on location (underground secure)

Furnished units are not available to rent unfurnished.

Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central)

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels

Quiet, super clean with amenities in park like setting.
Dream Rentals manages this property. They responded professionally, quickly and efficiently to our inquiries. Self contained residential community with fitness center, underground garage, bike storage and concierge services in Shannon Mews. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and functional apartment
This apartment is basically brand new. Every item is state of the art and modern. The furnishings are functional and the beds super comfy. Washer and dryer are right in the unit. Huge tv, beautiful refrig, and gorgeous bathrooms add to the luxury. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and a coffee shop. Included the use of a pool and a work out room. I enjoyed every day I was there. The only thing I could suggest is a binder of sorts to explain how things worked ( washer, dryer, cable system, etc ) and perhaps a map of the area. Also it would be helpful if there was a contact phone list in case of any problems.
