On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, from utensils to wine glasses, and a Nespresso coffee machine ready for your morning pick-me-up! The inviting living room features an electric fireplace and a comfy fold-out sofa, perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favorite shows on the large TV set. There’s also a handy workspace for those who need to stay productive. Enjoy high-speed fiber optic Internet, boosted by two signals spread across different levels to keep you connected. The windows feature curtains on an automatic mechanism, easily controlled with a remote for your convenience.
A massive wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find a plush queen-size bed flanked by designed wooden side tables with table lamps. You will also find a wall-mounted TV for your entertainment. The mirror ceiling above the bedroom increases the space and adds a delightful touch to the decor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby. Beautiful oil paintings adorn the walls, giving the loft a warm and artistic atmosphere.
SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room.
SELF CHECK-IN
I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To get into the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed instructions for check-in two days before your arrival.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and NO other cameras are inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, I will most likely not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I can provide you with a screenshot from the camera in messages.
HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.
1. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to have friends over or get together for dinner. Please let me know ahead of time.
2. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS.
3. NO SMOKING and NO DRUGS of any kind anywhere on the property. You may smoke at street level. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit.
4. If you lose or damage your keys, there will be a KEY REPLACEMENT FEE of $100.
5. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay.
6. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbors and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
7. Well-trained pets are welcome but with an additional fee. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture.
8. Treat my property carefully and REPORT ANY DAMAGE to the unit or its contents before checkout.
