Hello & Welcome to my newly renovated and roomy apartment in Downtown Vancouver! Nestled in vibrant Gastown, renowned for its lively atmosphere and housing some of the city's premier Michelin Star restaurants and charming cafes.

- 2-minute walk to the iconic steam clock
- 5-minute walk to the cruise ships

-Underground parking (tight space for expert drivers), fits my Pickup but tight.
-4K Smart TV, full kitchen, BBQ, TOSOT mini fridge.

No access to the rooftop and no alcohol in public areas

Beautiful place in Gastown
This place is spacious and very comfortable. There is a grocery store right downstairs and all the conveniences of Gastown steps away. Great place to stay!

Super nice suite and perfect location in Gastown. We really liked being so close to restaurants, shopping, the shore, and downtown. Check-in was a breeze even though we came in very late. Perfect city base-camp
Visited Vancouver for the first time for a show at The Vogue with another couple -- stayed 4 nights to explore some of the city. We ate, walked, drank and public transported our way through North Vancouver to Stanley Park to Granville Island to Yaletown to Mt. Pleasant and -- of course -- around Gastown. We appreciated the view, space and kitchen every night for wine-down and morning coffee. Didn't use the hot tub or gym in the end (though I did go for a run down to Coal Harbor). The rooftop is spectacular.

Great spot!
Condo was in a great location, walking distance to most things. Very clean/updated and awesome amenities, I appreciated having access to the gym. There is also a supermarket at the bottom of the building, so made it really convenient to go grocery shopping during my stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Vancouver.

Modern, convienant comfortable condo
The location was convenient to dining, shopping and the steam clock! Hearing the faint chums at night while awake was Charming. The beds are Very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in unit helped keep us comfortable after walks in the rain. The underground parking helped however be warned the space is really for a small car. Our Ford Edge mini SUV was hard To park.

Spacious and clean with a great view.
While the check-in process was a little different due to it being a secure high-rise it was a snap with the clear directions. Worth it to have the extra safety. Located within walking distance of nicer and dive bars - best of both worlds if you like a nightcap out on the town. Host was prompt communicating. Would stay here again and would love to bring a couple friends as we had way more space than we needed.

We were here for vacation. The condo was clean, well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location was good for walking around Gastown and walking to the Canada convention center. Plenty of restaurants, etc. This condo is an urban experience, so there were street noises (such as sirens).

Check in process was a little cumbersome because we needed to use the parking space. If you don't need parking your check in experience will be smooth. We loved the vibe of the place. A great downtown Vancouver experience for visitorsT The host was very communicative. Check in was easy. Location is superb. The apartment itself is well appointed, with all you need to entertain and host guests for dinner. The host found a crib for our 2 year old. No issues with noise in the area. Parking was simple. Would definitely stay again.
